jilono1 Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms govern the entire relationship between jilono1 and each registered user of the jilono1 platform. They apply to all services offered through jilono1.org, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, slots, wallet services, and any promotional programs.

1.2 By accessing the jilono1 platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

1.3 These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

2.1 To be eligible to register and use the jilono1 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilono1, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with jilono1 or any other gaming operator.

2.2 jilono1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jilono1 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

2.3 jilono1 employs automated and manual age verification procedures. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at jilono1's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the jilono1 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. jilono1 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jilono1 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.

3.4 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jilono1 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. jilono1 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

3.5 KYC Verification. jilono1 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with all KYC requests, including providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended or closed.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilono1 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilono1 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. jilono1 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash are typically processed within approximately two (2) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.

4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. jilono1 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source.

4.5 Currency. All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on jilono1 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jilono1 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.6 Transaction Disputes. If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify jilono1 support within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. jilono1 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes raised after thirty (30) days may not be considered.

5.1 jilono1 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.

5.3 Abuse of Bonuses. jilono1 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. jilono1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.1 All games available on the jilono1 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in monitored studio environments.

6.2 Game Rules. Each game on the jilono1 platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. jilono1 is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game, jilono1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilono1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jilono1's systems, databases, or other players' accounts.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilono1 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of jilono1's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

10.1 The jilono1 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilono1 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 jilono1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if jilono1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 jilono1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilono1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.1 jilono1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jilono1 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 jilono1 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

12.1 Termination by You. You may close your jilono1 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by jilono1. jilono1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

12.3 Upon termination for cause, jilono1 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and associated winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jilono1's internal dispute resolution process. You must contact support at [email protected] and allow jilono1 a reasonable period (not less than thirty (30) days) to resolve the dispute before pursuing any other remedy.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilono1's internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14.1 jilono1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilono1 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory authority.

14.2 Your continued use of the jilono1 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
